RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are confident you are going to love your Babyccino Bear purchase, however if something isn’t quite right then you have 14 days to return the parcel to us from the date you receive it.

We understand that choosing a size for your little ones can be tricky, especially as the majority of our products are European, therefore we are more than happy to offer an exchange for a different size if available. Alternatively, you may choose another product or a store credit valid for one year from the purchase date if the product is no longer available. Postage expenses for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer and all items must be returned in the original packaging in an unwashed, unworn and unused condition.

If the above conditions are met please:

  1.  Email us at hello@babyccinobear.com
  2. Include your order name/ number and the reason for the return
  3. Once a credit note/exchange has been accepted by our team, the product should be sent in its original packaging to the address listed during email correspondence, within 14 days of acceptance. We suggest using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit.
  4. Once the package arrives at our HQ and the goods prove to be in original condition, we will happily process the exchange/store credit and will confirm this via email.

Please note, all sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.

FAULTY ITEMS

All of our garments are carefully checked for faults prior to dispatch, although in the unlikely event that there is a fault, we offer our sincere apologies and will of course rectify the issue for you. Once we receive your request via email and the item is deemed faulty, we will be happy to provide an exchange or refund. Please note that due to the handmade nature of most of our items, it should be expected that there will be minor inconsistencies of smocking and embroidery between garment. This is what makes our items special and it should not be considered a fault. Wear and tear in the course of normal use in addition to failing to follow the care instructions are also not considered a fault.

Please ensure you handle your garment with care and follow the appropriate washing instructions. These can be found on the care labels on the garments themselves, on the website or by emailing hello@babyccinobbear.com
