We've made it our mission to offer worldwide access to our handcrafted designs and carefully curated collections of elegant clothing so it makes our hearts burst to see Babyccino Bear being adored around the globe. We know how excited you are to receive your next heirloom treasure so we promise to pack your orders within 2 business days of it being placed. Please note we ship orders on working days and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday.

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING for Australian orders over $150 and also for our international customers spending over $250.

All Orders are shipped via Australian Post and will include tracking information provided by email, make sure to check your junk folder if you have not received this. If your order is rural or very remote, then it will occasionally require an alternative service. If this is the case, we will be in contact to arrange an alternative. Please allow extra transit times for rural addresses.

Please ensure your order and address is correct. Whilst we will always endeavor to facilitate changes, due to the quick turnaround and packing process we cannot always guarantee this will be possible and no changes can be made once shipped.

International Customers: The Covid-19 pandemic has meant there are unavoidable shipping delays. The majority of orders should arrive within 2-4 weeks; however, we will not take responsibility for longer delivery times as this is outside of our control. Customs and Duty Charges:

International orders may be subject to local charges and these are the responsibility of the customer. We ask that you please be aware of the possible fees you may incur to release the goods in your particular country and we advise that we will not be held liable for any additional charges nor will we accept returns for this reason. We have absolutely no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you choose to abandon your order due to customs charges, your order will be destroyed by customs and we will not be able to offer a refund for this occurrence.
